Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant . This 3-month contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior-level executives, supporting them with administrative duties, preparing reports, conducting research, and facilitating communications. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $28 per hour, with the potential for a permanent position after 3 months.

Pay rate : $28 / hour.

Location : Charlottetown, PEI

Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm

Establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures for officials, committees, and boards of directors.

Analyzing incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports and preparing summary briefs and reports for executives, committees, and boards of directors.

Preparing agendas and arranging meetings for committees, boards, and other groups.

Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations and papers for executives and boards.

Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives and boards to assess and recommend action plans.

Managing the preparation and coordination of meetings, presentations, and documents related to the client's activities. Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

1-2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or 5+ years in office administration with increasing responsibilities.

Post-secondary education in office management or an executive assistant program (an asset).

Strong proficiency in computer programs (MS Office Suite, email, and calendar management).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

A proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
