Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a temporary administrative opportunity? Our client in Langford, BC, is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist their team from mid-March to mid-May. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule of approximately two days per week (Monday and Thursday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, with flexibility for shorter days if preferred), followed by full-time coverage for a few weeks in May.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional office setting, supporting a dynamic team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, client interactions, phone management, document scanning, and data entry. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a client-focused environment, we encourage you to apply!
Position : Temporary Administrative Support
Location : Langford, BC
Duration : Mid-March to Mid-May

Pay Rate : $22 per hour
