The Position :

The Brand, PR and Social Media Manager will work cross-functionally with the broader marketing, sales and service teams. The incumbent will manage on brand management, activation and media relations, social media and reputation management in partnership with leadership team. The incumbent will lead PR communications, media relations, as well as drive partnerships to build public perspective and deliver measurable business results. In partnership with the broader marketing team, the BPRSM Manager will lead and manage Eclipse Automation's social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Bring a bold perspective to brand marketing including owning campaign planning, creative brief development, go-to-market planning, and oversight of execution / implementation
• Establish our media and corporate communications strategy in alignment with the company's priorities and business objectives
• Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and credibility across key media outlets.
• Provide media training for key stakeholders to ensure they are prepared for interviews and public appearances, enhancing their ability to represent the company effectively
• Collaborate with the team to support analyst relations by amplifying analyst research and insights to the broader market. This includes promoting analyst assets, assisting with writing for analyst projects, and leveraging analyst content in broader PR initiatives
• Help bring our brand vision by facilitating campaign planning, creative briefs, media planning, and social media strategy
• Work with marketing team to develop bold creative that embodies our challenger tone of voice
• Act as the guardian of the brand ensuring the adoption of the overall brand strategy and guidelines
• Manage and push external agencies including creative, media, and PR to create breakthrough work
• Establish a strong reputation as a trustworthy leader of the automation galaxy with local and regional leadership
• Work with internal clients, stakeholders and leadership to ensure PR engagements are strategic, and contribute to a holistic story for Eclipse's operation
• Diligently monitor, measure, and report on the company's media presence, offering recommendations on opportunities to advance coverage goals in strategic outlets
• Oversee our earned and owned efforts, including organic social media channels, influencer program, content strategy, and PR
• Oversee the creation of media pitches and press releases and manage PR agency relationship to drive proactive storytelling and media coverage
• Forge relationships with journalists and key influencers to help increase Eclipse's profile and drive positive sentiment
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to uncover storytelling opportunities and creative content ideas
