Benefits if you are on a salary, if commission only, choice of benefits will be at your own expense.

You are welcome to work remotely. For the right candidate, a regional office could be setup. Equipment may be provided depending on the need.

Some leads are given, however you are primarily generating your own leads. They could also be interested in purchasing the book if you have a buying obligation in order to take your book from previous employer.

They are also open to book ownership after a vesting period or a certain premium.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES :

• Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze clients' insurance needs to develop tailored coverage solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other internal stakeholders to negotiate competitive insurance terms and pricing for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, offering advice on risk management strategies and insurance coverage enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to effectively advise clients and adapt insurance solutions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and sales reports using CRM software.
• Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carriers and industry partners to leverage resources and enhance service offerings.

They work with all types of insurance From Hotels to Contractors they cover them all!!! Specializing in Transportation as well, they also have a PL department and Excess Liability insurance.
