Description de posteA degree or certification in food science. Experience working directly with a restaurant banner or franchise restaurant group At least one year of experience in restaurant inspection or auditing and restaurant franchise industry experience. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Flexibility to work varied hours and travel within the Greater Toronto Area and the Maritimes. Proficiency in both English and French is preferred. Autonomous, self-motivated, and resourceful. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized with strong decision-making abilities. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in delivering effective training and maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Join Our Team as a Restaurant Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our national restaurant brand based in North Toronto. This role is essential in ensuring that our restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety and compliance, impacting the lives of millions of customers every day.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections across multiple restaurant locations.
- Collaborate with franchisees and operational teams to address non-compliance issues.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to franchisees, staff, and operational teams.
- Manage and follow up on food safety issues using our internal platforms.
- Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to streamline daily operations.
- Support the Food Safety program across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with the Ministries of Public Health.
