Description de poste3 - 5 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules. ServiceNow certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform's functionalities and capabilities. Experience in building and maintaining integrations. Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Position Description
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD.
- Possess demonstrated experience in leveraging ServiceNow's best practices in the applications mentioned above.
- Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configure the imported data.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.
