Position Overview

BoomerangFX is seeking an experienced and strategic Public Relations Manager to amplify our brand’s presence, manage high-profile media engagements, and position the company and its leadership as industry thought leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage, orchestrating successful PR campaigns, and promoting high-profile projects, such as a CEO’s book launch. This role will also focus on enhancing the public perception of BoomerangFX and driving awareness of our innovative solutions in the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Media Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Act as the primary point of contact for press inquiries and proactively pitch stories to ensure consistent media coverage.
• PR Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Ensure alignment with the company’s broader marketing and business objectives.
• CEO’s Book Launch : Lead the end-to-end PR strategy for the CEO’s upcoming book. Coordinate media tours, organize book launch events, manage promotional campaigns, and secure interviews across multiple platforms.
• Podcast Outreach : Identify, approach, and secure influential CEOs and industry leaders to participate in the CEO's Challenger Podcast. Ensure high-profile guests that align with the brand’s messaging and goals.
• Content Creation : Craft compelling press releases, media kits, feature stories, and executive bios that resonate with target audiences and elevate the company’s reputation.
• Crisis Management : Provide strategic guidance and execute crisis communication plans to safeguard the company’s reputation. Act as a trusted advisor during high-pressure situations.
• Campaign Monitoring : Track and evaluate the performance of PR campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Provide detailed reports with actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
