- Manage large and complex casualty and liability claims such as CGL, commercial auto, D&O, E&O, professional liability, and more.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and setting clear expectations.
- Proactively resolve claims efficiently through critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Thoroughly investigate and document claims, conducting coverage reviews.
- Maintain quality standards by documenting communications and reviewing information.
