The Bilingual Construction Project Manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of projects, from design to completion (including document management, cost control, risk management, procurement of materials and labor, quality and environmental compliance management, monitoring of technical sheets and shop drawings, approval of change orders, commissioning, as well as health and safety;
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements;
- Prepare and manage construction project budget forecasts;
- Plan, prepare and monitor execution schedules;
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery of the team's project program;
- Assist the management team in various related tasks.
