Role Overview
The Child and Youth Program Supervisor plays an important role, providing quality leisure programs, services and facilities to our military members and their families. Our services are tailored to help families with the challenges they may face due to military life and make the most of everyday activities such as going to the playground or day camp. We believe that when members of the Canadian Armed Forces are able to take good care of themselves and their families, they can do better both at home and at work. Whether families need to sign the kids up for swimming lessons, improve their fitness, or make friends in a new community, our services are here to help.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and manage community recreation programming of all kinds, including school break day camps and special events.
- Mentor staff and volunteers to improve the quality of life for military families.
- Expand skills and share passions to foster a fun, engaging environment for youth and families.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Other Information
Salary : 26.26 CAD per hour.
This is an on‑site position with an assigned work location in Colwood, BC.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.
Hours for this position are primarily Tuesday to Saturday.
Start Date : 19 January 2026.
