Program Administration & Screening Support Officers to support an important government-related program operating at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, customer service, or program coordination experience who are interested in supporting public-facing operations in a highly secure, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will receive specialized training and play an important role in supporting screening, operational coordination, documentation, and traveler assistance activities
. * A valid Enhanced Reliability Status (Reliability Clearance) is mandatory for this position. Candidates with previous experience supporting Federal Government programs, government contractors, airports, public-sector operations, security screening, or regulated environments are strongly encouraged to apply. - Pay Rate: $ 19.50/hour

- Shift: 24/7 rotating shifts | 08:00 - 16:00 | 16:00 - 24:00 | 24:00 - 08:00
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | Approx. 90 days, with potential extension

Responsibilities: - Support health screening and assessment activities for international travelers
- Assist in administrative and program coordination functions related to company operations
- Provide general guidance and direction to travelers onsite
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Assist with operational logistics and communication across teams
- Use company -issued systems and equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment
- Follow all health, safety, and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum Enhanced Reliability Clearance (mandatory)
- Previous experience in administration, program coordination, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, calendar management)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operational environment
- Experience in medical or health administration
- Previous experience in airport, government, or screening environments
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
