Summary
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations and provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist HR team with HR policies and procedures by means of research, draft creation and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding efforts including new hire correspondence, orientation, offboarding documents and exit interviews
- Participate in employee relations issues and work with HR team to create action plans
- Administer employee engagement programs and activities which include Engagement surveys, Service Awards, Kudos rewards programs, communication initiatives and workplace events
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assist all areas of the HR team including Operations, Talent, Benefits and L&D as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

The position primarily involves working at a desk using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers, with occasional participation in meetings, orientations, and workplace events.
