The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring products meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences. This hybrid role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on business analysis, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities : Product Ownership : Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Work closely with the design and development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future improvements.Advocate for the end user, ensuring all features and functionalities enhance the overall user experience.Business Analysis : Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and systems.Create detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover needs and translate them into actionable solutions.Perform competitive and market research to identify opportunities and trends.Support the QA process by reviewing test cases and ensuring features meet business requirements.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst (5+ years preferred).Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.Experience creating and maintaining detailed product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and use case development.Familiarity with software development processes and technologies (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud platforms).Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the financial technology or SaaS industry.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma for documentation and collaboration.Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or equivalent.What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and products.A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.The chance to make a significant impact in the fintech industry.Why Join HatchJoining Hatch means being part of a dynamic team that’s reshaping data verification and collection.
