We are a creative communication and design agency based in Fredericton, NB, partnering with clients who are ready to make an impact in their community. We solve problems through strategic thinking, thoughtful communication design, and creative execution. Our work goes beyond visuals—we shape ideas, build strategies, and create campaigns that drive meaningful change.

The Role :

We’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead strategy and communications for our clients. This is a senior-level role, responsible for guiding brands, developing communication strategies, and overseeing campaign execution. You’ll work closely with our creative team and clients, helping to shape impactful narratives, build strong brand identities, and drive strategic plans forward.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, confident communicator, and natural leader. You have a proven track record in branding, marketing strategy, and client relations, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for clients, tailored to their goals and audiences.
  • Lead brand strategy development, helping clients define their positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring strategies are clear, effective, and measurable.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them through strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to translate strategies into compelling design and content.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorms, and client presentations with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, offering insights and recommendations to keep client strategies sharp and relevant.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic direction for ongoing improvements.
  • Support the agency leadership team by contributing to the agency’s growth and reputation through exceptional client work.

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing strategy, branding, or communications—agency experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for diverse clients.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to bring strategies to life visually and verbally.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines with grace and efficiency.
  • A natural leader who can inspire and guide both clients and team members.
