Overview : Are you a dynamic and self-driven sales professional with a passion for eCommerce, retail, and distribution? We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager, Canada to spearhead growth across Canadian eCommerce platforms, retail channels, and distribution networks. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape business strategies, manage key accounts, and expand market presence. If you possess mechanical aptitude, thrive on building relationships, and have the vision to oversee the entire Canadian business, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Craft and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Canada.

Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities and partnerships, unlocking untapped sales channels and enhancing market share.
  • Account Management

  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with retail and distribution partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • eCommerce Optimization

  • Maximize eCommerce sales by refining product listings, driving targeted marketing campaigns, and executing impactful promotions.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and deliver actionable insights through accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications :

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably with Canadian customers or within the Canadian market.
  • Proven success in eCommerce and retail sales is essential.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with an assertive approach to follow-up and closing deals.
  • Strong administrative abilities, self-motivation, and a knack for working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.
  • Specialized Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of electricity.
  • Comfort working on ladders at heights of 20-25 feet.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Fluency in both English and French is preferred.
