Description de posteOpportunity to play a key leadership role in a national organization. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Long-term career growth potential. Work locally in your Barrie community Supervise and develop a team, including warranty and technical support staff. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a junior team, ensuring consistent growth and excellence. Oversee the setup and management of technical training for all products, including creating tutorials and training materials. Support with technical troubleshooting via phone and email. Establish and manage customer service systems and processes to deliver outstanding results. Handle escalated customer service cases and ensure resolution. Work closely with clients to enhance their service operations and grow parts and service businesses. Minimum of 5 years of experience in related OEM industries. Proven experience managing technical and customer service teams in a corporate setting. Strong technical understanding of engines and related systems. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; bilingualism is an asset. Degree or diploma in a technical or business program is an asset, or related experience.
