What you’ll do :

• Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand.
• Greet, answer, and redirect in-person, phone and email inquiries to the appropriate resource as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, filing, bank deposit and mail runs, and back up for sales reconciliations, accounts receivables and payables.
• Assist in the completion of membership applications, changes to accounts and / or withdrawals and other inquiries.
• Order supplies and uniforms for Humboldt Co-op locations as required and maintain inventory.
• Provide support to all administrative staff.
• Be familiar and adhere to all Humboldt Co-op’s policies, procedures, and standards, including safety and asset protection / loss prevention.
• Maintaining the Kid’s Club and Community Group Fundraising Program
• Other duties as assigned.
