Overview
As a Program Lead, Therapy, we are looking for a Therapy professional who is an innovative thinker , has interest in modernizing home care through integrated care delivery, and has experience in program management.
You will play a key role in providing consultation, assessment, and interventions for diverse client groups across Ontario. The Program Lead (PL) will be involved in the development of programs, mentorship of new staff and ongoing coaching for Therapy teams, professional development and quality and risk management. The Program Lead will promote a culture of continuous improvement and will facilitate the generation of innovative ideas and patient care design for CarePartners.

Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
