Position : Plant Engineer
Location : Vaughan, ON
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Industry : Manufacturing / HVAC / Engineering
Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste and minimize downtime.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and defects.
- Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field.
- Other tasks as assigned.
