Job Description

As a Remote Personal Assistant , you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of our team. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking a balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and respond on behalf of leadership.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, or other documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and project tracking systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
