KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Parts delivery activities.

Deliver and oversee all parts delivery from the Customer parts requests to sourcing to delivery and invoicing.

Manage resources availability and planning according to workload and forecast work.

Improve Customer satisfaction.

Implement the Alstom Part and Overhaul Operating model (APO-Line).  Optimizing the pricing strategy and leveraging inflation.
