Are you a motivated professional with experience in data entry and bookkeeping? Do you have strong communication skills and are able to work in a team environment? If so this role may be for you!
As an operations officer you will be responsible for providing support to general to specialized transactions, supporting partner relations and contributing to the overall customer service experience and loyalty
2 year contract
26 Hr
Work Location Hybrid 7250 Mile End , Montreal
Hybrid- 2 days- in office rotation between Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Monday and Friday are WFM

Responsibilities
- Maintenance team- various tasks. Tasks that will support maintenance of a mortgage discharge.
- Triaging solicitor request for mortgage statement
- Data entry into the mortgage tool
- Maintenance of security library
- Collect interest owed payments
- Applying payments to mortgages , closing those accounts, some manual accounting required
- Transferring money from accounts, balancing the GL accounts.
- Updating the systems.

Summary
Bilingual French / English is required due to covering a territory that spans beyond Quebec and which requires communication with customers and clients who do not speak French.
