The Work : Responsibilities :

  • Act as a software detective, providing dynamic support to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
  • Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, make decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits is required; familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud is recommended.
  • Have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits, including integrations with HR and Payroll, third-party vendor interfaces, configurations of life events, benefit rates, and plans, as well as knowledge of fast formulas and benefits reports.
  • Experience with annual Open Enrollment processes and production support is advantageous.
  • This role requires working two days per week at the local office and travel as needed.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
  • Bachelor’s degree or related college program completion
  • Proficiency in English, as the role involves working with multi-national teams where English is the common language.

    • Bonus points if you have :

  • An Oracle Cloud certification
  • Core Java experience
