Reporting to the Controller, the Junior Finance Clerk provides support to all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
The successful candidate must be adaptable, a self-starter and detail oriented. This position requires QuickBooks experience, solid Excel skills and a proven track record of experience working in Finance.
The Junior Finance Clerk performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following :
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Assist with the month end closing process
- Month end reconciliation working papers
- PST GST reporting
- Accounts Payable processing and reconciliation of supplier statements
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Assist with other period end tasks
