Currently, Teltonika Canada is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our office in Downtown Toronto .
In this role, you will :
- Reception duties including answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, greeting, and directing visitors
- Processing credit card payments via phone
- Managing booking schedule for meeting rooms
- Support onboarding for new employees, including setting up equipment
- Support logistical operations (tracking shipments, delivery exceptions, etc.)
- Organize events and create / send email newsletters
- Provide administrative support, including reporting, organizing, filing, document management, and depositing cheques
- Maintain clean office spaces, including break areas, and conference rooms
- Other tasks as assigned
