Our client, a newly established company under a well-known and respected construction group in North Vancouver, BC, specializes in Foundations, Ground Improvement, and Shoring. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee ground improvement land piling projects and contribute to the success of their growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily operations of ground improvement projects, focusing on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Develop and monitor construction schedules, ensuring project adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, handling revisions and changes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to meet deadlines and manage schedules.
- Maintain job cost estimates, profit forecasts, and support accounting functions.
- Act as a liaison with clients, assisting in business development and efficient resource deployment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and handle field assignments as required.
- Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
