Role
The D365 F&O Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and configuring the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system to optimize Sales & Marketing, Bids & Pricing, and CSR business processes. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and efficient use of the ERP solution.

Business analysis, functional requirements gathering, and process mapping
Development of the Functional Design Document (FDD)
Functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing
Key user training, start-up support, and post-go-live process improvement
Experience as an implementation consultant or analyst in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Operations
In-depth understanding of D365 F&O / Dynamics AX ERP
Understanding of various business processes, including sales, supply chain, warehousing, and transportation
Ability to manage the complete implementation cycle, from analysis / design to production
goal
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience
- A university degree in computer science, information systems management, business administration, or a related field is required
- Solid experience in an analyst role for the implementation of D365 F&O solutions in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork
- Methodical and attention to detail
- Priority management and flexibility in tasks
- This position is in a French-speaking environment, however, it requires A very good knowledge of English to regularly read and understand documentation and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
Advantages
Must be on site 1 day per week, for now the day is Tuesday. Location is St. Eustache
