Description
- Leadership & Team Development : Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to foster professional growth and maintain a positive team environment.
- Customer Service Excellence : Cultivate a customer-first culture by ensuring that all staff provide outstanding service. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operations Management : Oversee all store operations including opening / closing, inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Sales Performance & Growth : Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Implement strategies to drive store traffic, increase basket size, and improve conversion rates.
- Budget & Financial Oversight : Manage store expenses and contribute to the store's profitability. Collaborate with corporate teams to set and meet financial goals.
- Product Knowledge & Merchandising : Stay up to date with our specialty products, ensuring that staff are knowledgeable and that displays align with brand standards.
