Compensation : $21.35 to $26.50
Shifts Available :
- Sunday to Thursday 11.45pm to 7.45am
- Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am to 4.00pm
Benefits : Full time positions are eligible for vacation, paid-sick days, as well as health and RRSP benefits.
About Us :
Reconnect Community Health Services is a not-for-profit health service organization in the west end of Toronto. Our services include supports for seniors, caregivers, and people living with mental health and addictions concerns. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of client-centred care in our sector.
Reporting to a clinical program manager, the Mental Health Worker will provide on-site assessment, intake, discharge planning and support as well as liaison with existing supports and assistance with goal setting and planning, to clients of this program in West Toronto.
