The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills and abilities to help contribute to the growth of Escrow.com. This is an opportunity to gain experience in sales, customer service and relationship building in a fast-paced, growth environment. We're looking for someone who is natural at and likes talking with people, is passionate about building new relationships, is interested in the tech industry and enjoys working with both internal and external partners. Your primary focus will be to bring new companies to our platform that fit our partnership criteria, by introducing key decision makers with Account Executives (AEs) on our international sales team. You'll use your skills in communication, setting up email cadence campaigns, effective outbound reach and driving internal processes to set our new partnerships up for success.
What you'll do
- Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives from potential partners, understand their needs and point them in the right direction.
- Source, qualify, prioritize, and engage strategic partners within a defined industry.
- Plan and execute outbound Account-based marketing campaigns to book meetings and generate opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to create a smooth handover process.
- Take charge and develop an outbound strategy to find and qualify new leads through a range of channels.
- Respond to incoming leads that come through our lead generation funnel from the website.
