What We Need
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist who thrives on building automations, managing integrations, and optimizing marketing and sales technology stacks. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role is ideal for someone who excels at managing CRM / MAS platforms, creating efficient workflows, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless data flow across marketing systems.
This position is designed for individuals who are eager to take ownership of projects, refine operational processes, and have a clear path to evolve into a leadership role. If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about optimizing marketing technology, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Oversee, configure, and optimize the marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Integrate marketing tools with CRM and MAS platforms to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies that align with business needs.
- Manage and administer TechStack from user management to building flows and automations.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency in marketing and sales processes.
- Build and optimize lead scoring models, nurturing workflows, and lifecycle management automations.
- Continuously refine processes to drive efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Administer and maintain CRM and MAS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with marketing and sales teams.
- Improve data flow between marketing and sales systems to enhance lead management and conversion tracking.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any CRM / MAS-related issues, ensuring seamless performance.
- Implement data normalization and cleaning strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into marketing performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.
- Lead marketing operations projects, from automation rollouts to system integrations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Establish standardized procedures to improve efficiency and ensure scalability.
- Work closely with Marketing, RevOps and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and tech stack alignment.
- Train marketing and sales teams on best practices for system use and automation workflows.
- Support other marketing functions with automation solutions to drive business growth.
- Secondary Responsibilities (Web & Analytics)
- Support CMS management (e.g., WordPress) and web-related projects as needed.
