Description de postePrior experience working in a startup environment Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing challenges and opportunities Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms Proven experience in creating or repurposing multimedia content using tools like Descript Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across channels Develop email sequences, social posts, and multimedia content, and more that resonates with our ICPs Execute our social media strategy through regular community engagement, creating and scheduling of social posts Assist in the development and publication of blog content including conducting keyword research, sourcing images, and formatting blogs in Wordpress Support on the creation and scheduling of email newsletter campaigns in HubSpot, looking for new ways to optimize our email marketing efforts Create internal briefs for our creative team to ensure the timely delivery of assets Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to identify actionable insights and optimize ROI Leverage HubSpot for email marketing, lead nurturing, and workflow automation Test new channels, formats, tools, and approaches to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Conduct market research and keep up to date on trends in the industry, as well as new marketing and co-marketing opportunities Manage all KPI reporting for internal stakeholders Support the marketing team on new initiatives including podcasting, video content, paid campaigns, and more! Note : This is a hybrid opportunity for someone based in Vancouver, BC (50% in our beautiful water-front Gastown office, 50% from home).
