Ace Management Group is now hiring a full-time Marketing Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will leverage your skills in customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and analyze client needs. To meet the increasing marketing and advertising needs of our clients, we have multiple openings available and are in need of training the right individuals in all divisions of our firm : Junior Marketing Campaign Development Event Coordination Public Relations Sales Associates Customer Service Responsibilities : Direct Marketing :  Conduct live presentations to potential customers in assigned territories  Product Promotion :  Promote and sell products and services. Product Knowledge :  Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s offerings to effectively communicate benefits and address customer inquiries. Sales Targets :  Meet and exceed both team and individual sales goals and performance metrics. Record Keeping :  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Team Collaboration :  Share best practices and collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives. Training Participation :  Engage in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
