About the Role :

Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues. There is no telemarketing or sales involved.

We are hiring for this position at an hourly wage of $17.00 . This is a term contract position ending on March 31, 2025. At the conclusion of the contract, there may be an opportunity for permanent part-time employment, based on business needs and performance.

What you can expect to be doing :

• Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
• Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately
• Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
• Have a courteous, customer service approach
