Your position
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a pharmaceutical company located in Montreal, a Manufacturing Engineer Permanent position 40h / week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Analyze production flows, identify cycle and product improvements
- Work on assembly operations and cycle balancing according to production targets and identified problems.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement projects (Lean SixSigma) and document processes
- Ensure compliance with OHS and quality standards, and train employees in continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects and meet KPIs (production, engineering, purchasing, etc.)
