Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
Experience with new plant and operations setup
Manage daytoday operations including budgeting resource allocation and scheduling
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
Must be Bilingual English and French
Six Sigma Certification or Internal Training
Manufacturing Background Preferred
Proven experience in an operations management role with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams
Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
Experience in implementing quality management systems is a plus
