JOB S UMMARY Reporting to the site manager, the role will be responsible for running the overall day-to-day management of the harvest operations and directing activities to ensure a quality product. Oversee the direction of all personnel in the department. Drive production to achieve all safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals. Fill in for the site Manager during absences. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE; Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time Attention to detail Ability to follow direction and specific instructions Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis Must be able to walk and / or stand 90% of the shift Must be able to work at heights Ability to use a computer and Microsoft office Powered by JazzHR
