Our client specializes in the design, assembly, import and distribution of high-end products, with constant growth in the Canadian and American markets. The company is located in Beloeil and is looking for an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment.
- Supervise and motivate the warehouse team while promoting effective collaboration.
- Plan, organize and prioritize daily tasks with rigor and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish priorities and deadlines.
- Train new employees and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Evaluate productivity and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve results.
- Oversee product receiving, inventory and shipping, ensuring maximum accuracy using ERP tools.
- Document processes to ensure continuity and improved practices.
