We make what matters stick.  Retail Growth While online e-commerce is growing both for readymade products and even more so for custom products, we believe omni-channel retailing (combining online with bricks and mortar locations) is where the future is.  Our groundbreaking physical retail store concepts such as “The World’s Largest Sticker Store'' and StickerYou Pop-Ups that are expanding in shopping malls across the country will play an important part in the next phase of our growth.  The Position   The Retail Lead will be responsible for facilitating operational excellence for StickerYou’s Square One kiosk. This person will facilitate and lead the kiosk’s daily operations, the kiosk staff and technology strategies to support our ability to optimize sales.   We’re looking for someone who can bring a mix of entrepreneurial zeal, operational know-how and the ability to lead and inspire this growing team.  What You Will do Responsibilities of the retail lead : Lead and Manage Staff  Create Schedules Train new staff Monitor and coach employees to improve performance  Reporting —Every week, the lead will report on the status of the kiosk with emphasis on : Weekly Sales, Traffic, Average Order Value, cash transactions,  Labor costs Inventory (Popular SKUs, Out of Stock / Low Stock, Value packs, Test)  Manage sales / inventory system The retail lead is responsible for store maintenance, ensuring there is inventory in stock or ordered regularly.  Ensure that the  kiosk complies with company policies, health & safety regulations. Maintaining a clean and healthy environment.   What we’re looking for : 3+ years of work experience in a retail or customer service role At least 1-2 years working in a retail management / lead role Flexible to work evening shifts and weekends Experience in high-volume retail environments.  A deep understanding of managing store / kiosk daily operations Strong work ethic capable of working within a team or independently  Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage customer and understand  their needs / interests A talent for inspiring strong team performance and operational excellence Self-motivated and driven to succeed.  Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.  Ability to understand sales reports and metrics to ensure performance targets are being met And most importantly…a genuine passion for the power of Stickers!!    Who you are : Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
