Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment, including stamping presses, robotic systems, cooling systems, and other automated production equipment. You will play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, robotics, and PLC programming, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about problem-solving and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Equipment Maintenance & Repair :
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
- Diagnose, disassemble, and repair robots, stamping presses, and peripheral equipment, replacing components such as circuit boards, sensors, controllers, servo motors, and mechanical parts.
- Install, program, and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other electrical systems.
- Align, fit, and assemble component parts using hand and power tools, ensuring precision and functionality.
- Terminate wire harnesses and perform electrical installations to maintain system integrity.
