We are in search of a detail-oriented and highly organized  Paralegal  for our subsidiary, LendCare Capital Inc. This is a perfect opportunity for an early career candidate to gain hands-on experience in the Small Claims Court process. We also offer full-time hours, competitive base pay and performance bonus.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare pleadings and drafting of various court documents
• Conduct and complete legal research as required
• Perform Skip Tracing
• Arrange and manage legal settlements and collections
• Prepare and attend various court appearances
• Open, maintain, and organize a high quantity of legal files
• Liaise with other members of the legal department
• Plan and organize the workflow to ensure all cut-offs and deadlines are met
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets
