Drive sales through exceptional client service and follow-through. Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our offerings and building brand awareness. Proven experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably within the design or home decor industry. Strong operational management skills with a focus on organization and efficiency. Expertise in product sourcing and vendor relations, with the ability to navigate catalogs and negotiate terms. A well-established network of industry contacts, including designers, builders, and contractors. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client and vendor relationships. A deep passion for design and decor, with an understanding of current trends and customer preferences. A leadership role in a respected, long-standing family business. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, operations management, and vendor relations.
About the Role :
As a Sales Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom while driving sales and sourcing exceptional lighting products. You will leverage your extensive industry network to build relationships with designers, builders, and retail clients, ensuring our showroom remains the go-to destination for decorative lighting.
