Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee and support supplier engagements across key areas of the business. This role is crucial in ensuring suppliers align with company standards, deliver value, and maintain strong performance throughout the relationship lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud and platform technologies, procurement processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support specific business units by managing all associated supplier accounts.
- Develop and implement supplier management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure that suppliers adhere to internal policies, standards, and best practices.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the entire supplier lifecycle-covering sourcing, contracting, onboarding, negotiations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Securi ty, and Business stakeholders on RF(x) processes, supplier assessments, and special projects.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams to ensure contracts include appropriate terms, SLAs , KPIs , and escalation paths.
- Oversee contract compliance, change management, and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Track supplier performance and financial health; regularly review SLAs / KPIs .
- Resolve disputes between internal teams and suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with supplier account managers and facilitate ongoing conversations between internal stakeholders and supplier operations.
- Plan and lead recurring business reviews and executive meetings with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist with demand planning and track performance against forecasts, flagging budget overages or risks proactively.
- Maintain automated dashboards and ensure supplier data is readily accessible and up to date.
Minimum Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience managing cloud service providers or vendors .
Familiarity with the software , SaaS , or platform technology industry.
Background in vendor management or procurement processes .
