What is the opportunity?

WMC Training & Development is dedicated to empowering team members and fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation. We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and help us design, implement and manage impactful learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will join our diverse, nation-wide team, and play a key role in providing in-depth training to employees of PH&N Investment Counsel.

Please note, although we are ideally seeking a candidate in the greater Toronto area, we are open to applications from across Canada.

What will you do?

• Design and deliver customized virtual and in-person training to newly hired IC team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the development of training resource materials, and other necessary training items as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning technologies to enhance our offerings.
• Provide additional administrative support to the Manager, as required.

The expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 - $104,999 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary / variable incentive payment.
