YOUR ROLE :
As an Operational Support Clerk you will assist and perform administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Cargo, Ramp and Fuel Manager. Primarily, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing phone calls. You will have to communicate messages and provide general information to employees as well as the public, maintain and update records if necessary. Track all new employees, create an initial training list and update the various training certificates as well as the recurrent training of Aerostudies. Alongside the manager, you will be responsible for inventory replenishment and SMS issues monitoring and validation, follow up on SMS reports and update all relevant records. You will also be required to track WSIB forms and perform any other related tasks to improve cargo operations. You will be required to comply with the roles and responsibilities described in iSMS 1.6.7 for employees.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
- High school diploma and / or experience in a similar position.
- You can monitor and manage administration and verification tasks.
- You know Master MSOffice, mainly Excel.
- You have organizational and methodical skills to prioritize tasks to respect timelines and due dates.
- Bilingual (French and English), You have excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Cree culture and language is an asset.
