The Opportunity :

WSP is currently seeking the next senior member of our BC design team to support our expanding Landscape Architectural & Urban Design practice. Based in Kelowna, our ideal candidate is a creative, collaborative designer with a passion for the profession and demonstrated experience taking projects from concept to completion. As a member of our Landscape Architecture & Urban Design Team, this individual will contribute to current projects in a leadership role and help win new ones by being involved in all aspects of proposal development and project delivery.

You are also likely to find yourself golfing, hiking, biking, skiing powder, touring award-winning wineries, and playing on Okanagan Lake!

We serve the private, public, and institutional sectors on a wide range of projects across Canada with a focus on environmentally responsible, socially conscious high-quality design. You will be contributing to a wide range of projects, from small to large scales and will be involved from concept through contract administration. Our areas of focus include urban revitalization, master planning, urban and regional parks, public spaces and plazas, complete streets, multi-use trails, transit facilities, infrastructure, commercial, institutional, land development and ecologically based landscapes. Compensation

Salary range (in British Columbia) : $96,200 - $132,200

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
