Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You:

✔️ You’re a licensed Condominium Manager in Alberta (through RECA)
✔️ You’ve got great communication and organization skills
✔️ You’re a natural when it comes to customer service and relationship-building
✔️ You enjoy working in a team, but you’re also confident making decisions independently
✔️ You’re curious, motivated, and ready to grow in your career

What You’ll Be Doing:

🏢 Overseeing day-to-day operations for your assigned portfolio—ensuring everything from maintenance to communications is on point
📋 Managing contracts, monitoring performance, and making sure our high standards are met (and exceeded!)
💬 Building strong relationships with board members, owners, tenants, and contractors—you're the friendly face of our service
📈 Taking care of budgets and keeping spending on track—because financial stewardship matters
👥 Supporting and supervising any Magnum York site staff at your properties
📚 Offering helpful guidance on legislation and compliance—so our communities stay informed and protected
🛠️ Identifying ways we can make our properties even better through improvements and innovation
🚀 Promoting and using our in-house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ You have at least two years of experience in condominium management—you know the ropes and are ready to take ownership of your portfolio
✔️ You’ve worked with maintenance and mechanical projects, or subcontracted services before—that’s a bonus!
✔️ You hold a valid Condominium Management Associate license through RECA
✔️ You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, and you’re eager to learn new tools
✔️ You understand the ins and outs of budgets, administration, and accounting processes
✔️ You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your time and responsibilities like a pro
✔️ You have a good working knowledge of CPA regulations and are familiar with condominium bylaws
✔️ Your communication skills—written and verbal—are strong and professional
✔️ You take pride in excellent customer service and know how to build strong, trusting client relationships
✔️ You have a valid Driver’s License, a clean Driver’s Abstract, and your own reliable vehicle
✔️ You’re willing to complete a Criminal Record Check (required for the successful candidate)

At Magnum York, we believe in supporting our team, offering opportunities for professional growth, and creating a work environment where people enjoy coming to work each day.

Ready to take the next step in your condominium management journey? We’d love to meet you!
