Job Description
We're Hiring: Junior Sous Chef | Earls Kitchen + Bar We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations while developing their skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This is the perfect role for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary leadership journey. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will: - Support daily kitchen operations. Assist with station leadership, prep execution, and maintaining high-quality standards across service. - Mentor and learn. Help guide line and prep cooks while continuing to develop your own culinary and leadership skills. - Maintain kitchen excellence. Uphold our commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and smooth back-of-house operations. - Be a proactive team player. Communicate clearly, support your teammates, and bring solutions to the table. - Deliver memorable culinary experiences. Champion high standards and take pride in executing dishes that elevate the guest experience.
