ResponsibilitiesTechnical Translation: Convert business requirements into technical specifications for custom digital analytics implementations, utilizing data layers, processing rules, and custom JavaScript/JSON.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define KPIs and tagging requirements for digital marketing and AI initiatives.
Stack Management: Oversee the daily operations and implementation of the analytics stack, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Adobe Target.
Documentation: Develop and maintain critical implementation documents, such as Solution Design References (SDR) and Data Layer specifications.
Technical Delivery: Ensure the accuracy of technical coding (HTML, JavaScript) through Tag Management Systems like Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
QA & Troubleshooting: Work alongside technology teams to guide data layer implementation, troubleshoot data feeds, and provide validation support to testing teams.
Project Management: Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and maintain documentation within tight project timelines.
QualificationsEducation: A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Digital Data, or a related technical discipline.
JavaScript Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience working with JavaScript.
Web Analytics Implementation: 2+ years of dedicated experience in web analytics implementation (Adobe Analytics experience is highly preferred).
Tagging Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with analytics tagging implementation across platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe, and various marketing tags.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Preferred Assets: Adobe or Google Analytics certifications and experience within the financial or banking domain are considered strong assets.
