Job Description
Do you want to see the direct impact of your work on concrete projects?
Do you enjoy estimating as much as managing, without being micromanaged?
A contractor specialized in building envelope for over 45 years is opening the door to a great career for you.
We are looking for an estimator – project manager to strengthen a solid, human, and growing team.
• Read and analyze architectural and structural plans

• Estimate extras, track contracts, collaborate with the delivery team
• Participate in project planning (mainly in the office)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation and project management
• Relevant training (AEC, DEC, or BAC in estimation, architecture, or engineering) OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g.: PlanSwift)
• Comfortable with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
